Every design here was pulled from a public catalog on . Specs are read straight from each seller's own listing — square footage, bed and bath counts, stories and dimensions are theirs, not estimates.

Reading the prices

• Plan set — a drawing package you buy and hand to a builder. Typically $500–$1,600.
• Turn-key — a finished building delivered by the manufacturer. Six figures, and it usually excludes land, site work and utilities.
• Never compare the two columns directly. A $1,400 plan and a $220,000 container build are different purchases.

Gaps worth knowing

• Barndominium plans are abundant; container-home plan sets barely exist outside Etsy, which blocks automated collection. This index found 37 container plan sets against 1,358 barndominium plans.
• Some listings omit square footage or bath counts entirely — those cards show a dash rather than a guess.
• A few sellers list the same plan under different codes; sources are kept separate rather than merged.
• Prices and availability change. Treat this as a browsing index, not a quote.
• Your star ratings and notes are kept in a SQLite database on the server, so they follow you between phone and desktop. They are yours alone — nothing is sent to the sellers.
